"Best Uhaul experience I've ever had. Reasonable, kind, efficient, helpful staff. I'll drive extra to this specific store just to have the stress free experience I just had at this store. They won't try to sneak in extra charges for "damage" to the truck. The app wouldn't load and William refunded the amount that was added due to my phone not loading the reservation."

One young lady was doing everything for reservations and had SEVERAL people in line while the gentleman who was "working the back" could only accept return vehicles and ring people up for small purchases like boxes.
