"Our maintenance person RC is a great asset to the community. We have had 2 issues that required attention, and he was there to fix them timely and effectively! He was so pleasant while working, and even made sure we were all set on other things! Awesome experience!"
"Coming into this community as a recent college grad, this apartment complex's past reputation had me a bit worried. I liked their location and their prices and apartment sizes were impressive compared to others, so I gave it a shot. My start here was a bit rocky, but do not let the history of this location deter you. After a recent change in ownership, they have gone through some incredible changes and are making upgrades...quickly. No sooner than when I saw the posting that their ownership changed did I see that renovations had begun EVERYWHERE. From the first floors of almost every building, to roofing repairs, to renovations of their indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, and a massive upgrade to their 24 hour gym, they are working FAST. They have some major plans, and they are expected to be done by the summer, if not sooner. As a tenant who now plans to stay here for a while, it is very promising! In their front office, I've had the pleasure of witnessing the teamwork and diligent efforts of the staff and crew members, who keep open and direct communication about these developments so that they can tell tenants, like me, about the plans and approximate timelines. As an engineer, I've appreciated this transparency and have been impressed with the promptness and precision of the information provided. Vivianna, who has been my main resource, has been a great help in this entire journey. She has been diligent with my (many) requests, has kept me up-to-date on the latest information about the renovations to the best of her knowledge, and has made this experience overall go quite smoothly, especially in recent weeks! It is clear that the infrastructure of this complex is on the rise, and quickly. From the experiences I had when I first started here to how things are going now, let me be honest and clear: things are so much better now. Give this place a serious look!"
"I thought i found a decent place to live, but no this is an overpriced joke. All of the reasons i moved to this property were taken away with the switch in MANAGEMENT!!! There are no amenities, or let me technical the workout room that was 24 hr use, went to 9-5 , then no use .The game room,(what game room),the jacuzzi that has never worked, a pool not always open and lack of upkeep in the outdoor pool when it’s open. Dishwashers must not be a priority at this property because most tenants have issues with the half working dishwashers we have. It’s frustrating to have to wash your dishes 2-3 when you use your dishwasher. they stripped breakfast, which was a major convenience to the children and used to hand them out waters. Now, if the kids come to the office, they’re rude to the children and make the children feel like they’re not welcomed to come into the office as they previous were allowed to do. whether maintenance comes to fix your stuff or not everything in these apartments fall apart. I was told that I had brand new appliances when I moved into my unit and there’s nothing at all brand new. I’m glad I know how to do the bare minimum because that’s about all maintenance does , I am just not impressed by what I was told what I have seen and what I have currently lived through. This place could be OK but it’s not ever going to be OK management tries to make you feel little they don’t respond and answer the phones. You always have to place a message and hope you get a return call. It’s pretty sad . I definitely will not be renewing and will definitely advise others to go else where."
"The apartment itself is spacious. Any maintenance request we have ever put in has taken forever to complete. There was a leak in our ceiling. They came out and took a piece of the ceiling out and said a contractor would fix the leak in the roof. We had a hole in our ceiling for months. We had to make multiple calls to the office to get it patched. When you call the office, most of the time, no one answers. You get sent to some answering service and you never get a call back. New management took over and they asked everyone to put any current maintenance tickets in again. We did and we still have not heard anything about it. It has been 2 months. I understand they do tickets by priority, but there is no excuse letting it go for months with no communication. When you ask to speak to a manager, its like pulling teeth to finally get some contact information out of them. They finally gave us an email, to which there was never a response. My lease is up in a month and I will not be renewing."
"Don't move here. It seemed good at first, but after living here for a year, I can say it's only gotten worse and new management took over a few months ago. When my partner and I moved in, our unit wasn't thoroughly cleaned - there were old food crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Maintenance has always been on the slower side and it's only gotten slower. We've had a request to fix our sink for a couple months now and they had time to come in to install a fire extinguisher under it last week, but I don't understand why our sink couldn't also be looked at while they were here. Oh and don't even try to call or email the office because I have very rarely gotten calls or emails back. I had an issue with one of my rent payments last month and had to go to the office in person in order to get a hold of anyone. Basically was told they couldn't do anything about the late payment fee I was charged for a payment that I wasn't aware was unsuccessful until I received an email from them a week later stating I had a "delinquent balance." It's awfully convenient that they sent this email notification AFTER the late fee applied. They said that I'm responsible for making sure the payments go through, but I did check the resident portal and our balance was 0 so to me it appeared it did go through. I still don't understand why there wasn't an earlier notification of an unsuccessful payment because if I had known, I would've resent it and the rent payment wouldn't have been late. It just seems like they're trying to take advantage and collect more money from residents. Not to mention our rent will be increasing by almost $400. It's not worth it at all to renew our lease."
