"Mostly, I've had good service from the USPS. When we lived on the lake, the service was terrible, I'd find the mail that didn't make it in my mail box on the ground, it happened on more then one occasion. The same postworker, would not get out of her car to bring partials to our door, she pulled in the drive way and leaned on the horn. If you weren't home, she just left. Where we live now, we have good service."

"I live in Harrison, Mi. and the postal delivery person has asked us to raise our mail box to the proper height and during measuring we found it was too short. We raised our mailbox pole to be within the limits given (half way within the limit) for her convenience since she purchased a new vehicle she asked us to raise the mailbox again cuz she injured her arm in an incident and finds it difficult to deliver our mail. She has also left our mailbox open after placing our mail in the box. My mail is easy access to anyone passing or weather to destroy it. I wish she would retire if she can no longer deliver peoples mail appropriately! Very Unsatisfied Customer!! ***(2/19/21) Since this post my service seems to have improved, I can honestly say I'd give a 4 star rating if this improvement stays or even a 5 star! I'm satisfied with this simple service that was what I asked for from the beginning. Thank You for the great service!"

"They won't deliver packages to our house or leave any information about why. The tracking updates say they left a notice at the house about it but they didn't. I've been home all day today and they never tried to deliver it again. UPDATE: for over a year now, mailman will smash packages to fit them in the box because he's too lazy to dive up to the house and leave it on the deck. There's not even much of a walk up to the deck you drive right to it. The last time he couldn't get the box closed because he'd crammed 2 packages in it. Came home during a snow storm to it wide open. Lazy, lousy "workers"."
