"I have luckily never had to us the transit but I still give them a low rating. It is ridiculous that at 7 am they hit their horn, wake people up, to let other people know they are there. Rude and inconsiderate."

"Very friendly drivers and dispatchers. Busses are very clean and the air conditioning is great! Never road before. But have used twice in the last two days. I might even start just going for rides with them to just get out of the house! I drive but can't really enjoy the ride when your driving. Pluses fares are outstanding!"
"Drivers are very nice and friendly, phone reps are as helpful as they can be but schedules are a mess! 30 to 90 minute waits for previously scheduled rides are the norm, rather than the exception. Scheduling a 6 am pickup for a 9:30 am connection 20 minutes away is not good time or resource management."
