"My and my dog got mold toxicity from living here. I lived here for 6 years and over that span of time mentioned mold 17 times and my concerns about moisture around the ac unit. They never tested for mold, and maintenance even tried telling me it was “dirt” from me not cleaning my ac unit properly. I knew in my gut it was mold & getting tested with the vet and my doctor confirmed my concerns. Please don’t live here as they don’t care about life threatening toxins and definitely don’t care about you. It should probably be condemned with the amount of mycotoxins that were found in my dogs blood and liver."

"This place is ran by the same owners who also run Arbor Terrace Apartments. One manager for two properties seems like a lot for one person especially when they are only in the office part time! There are still some things that need attention around here and it seems to go unattended still. For the most part the neighbors are quiet, but it is apartment living so you will still hear the neighbors at times. My two neighbors on each side are leaving once there lease is up which is sad as they are great gals but if you're not happy where you live then I guess it's time to give your monies to a place that you like and feel safe! UPDATE: This place continues to disappoint me as well as other tenants! All of my concerns were not addressed at all they seem to let concerns in one ear and out the other, wish I could to afford to break my lease and move but this pathetic place keeps taking all our money unfortunately DO NOT COME HERE, RUN!!"

"Management is wonderful. The apartments are safe, I have yet to see any negative activity. I have lived here for 3 years now and couldn't be happier."

"Most neighbors are friendly and tend to keep to themselves. A little hard to contact management (possibly just due to Covid crisis). They have a very long list of not-allowed dog breeds and dogs must be under 40 lbs. Rent is 540 without pet rent (which for my cat is $10)."

"Worst Management I have ever dealt with.All that is done when their is a complaint is they put letters on everyone’s door. I am in a middle apartment which was not disclosed that I do not have thermostat the neighbors control it so it’s like living in a sauna & of course management does not tell the other tenants. Either your air conditioner or have windows open.Parking is horrible not enough spaces & if you park in handicap spot which is only used by 1 person in my building that is handicapped & if anyone parks in one of those then you get a letter about getting fined.Fine me because I pay my rent & shouldn’t have to worry about not having a spot. Also I had too have a co signer before they would rent the apartment & I have Great record from past.Previous landlord foreclosed on the last place I was in or I would not have moved so I had to find something quick. This is not a good place to be completely happy at if that’s what is one of the things someone is looking for."
