"If you’re looking for luxury, keep looking. If you are looking for a quiet and serene living experience, this is the place to be. My experience with neighbors was wonderful, I had great experiences with neighbors in other buildings as well. The lake is relaxing and beautiful, wildlife surrounds this little nook of apartments in Richland. It is definitely a diamond in the rough. If there were larger units available (more bedrooms) this would still be a perfect fit for my family. Wonderful experience and management was wonderful as well. They always went above and beyond and were understanding when needed."

"Management (MARY) was pretty awful and the apartment itself was a wreck when we got there. The walls leaked, and we had a major spider infestation in the building. We could hear our neighbors dog barking from the apartment below at all hours of the night. Out of the two windows our apartment had, neither worked for almost a year. Our sliding door was broken from the get-go, and wasn't repaired for nearly 6 months. We often had to take our laundry to another building to get done, because our dryer would seemingly spin our wet clothing around... and not much else. That being said, it was affordable and convenient for work in plainwell. A good first apartment experience... but not something I'd want to do again."

"Ive lived here for over a year now. Never had any issues. Neighbors keep to themselves and For the most part, its always quiet. The staff is really nice and are never overbearing. Love the view of the lake, love the privacy, and i love coming home! Totally worth the price."
