"Here for my 2nd 1star review. These people will never learn, all they know how to do is steal and lose packages. They dont know how to deliver anything. Its bad if 90% of the time I DONT get my mail. Im going to find a way to sue them here in a second cause they must think its funny. Im coming up there in the next 3 days, you better have my package that has been “out for delivery “ for 4-5 days"

"How do you guys manage to lose my packages nearly every delivery and then manage to never be available at the front desk to answer a phone call. Christ."

"Breanna is the only good worker that works here the rest of the people at the front desk have TERRIBLE customer service and get attitudes when it comes to having to do anything. My mail has been lost/misplaced numerous times. They’ve refused to give me my packages and even tried telling me that I can’t have my packages mailed there. Just ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue until they got a new “post master” smh"

"The driver for my route is lazy, and refuses to deliver the one or two packages I have a month to my house. The Postmaster refuses to do anything and has gone out of her way to ignore my requests. The staff behind the desk, while they've done nothing wrong, are rude and slow"

"We routinely DON'T receive packages even though we have a mail receptical AND TWO COVERED LARGE PORCHES within 25 feet from the road! I get SICK of paying to have items shipped TWICE! Lazy? To much of an inconvenience? Can't write a note to alert me to drive to the post office to pick up my IMPORTANT PACKAGES? I never had this experience anywhere except Kalkaska."
