"Really bad agents. Showing houses without pre-approvals, little to no communication. I was selling a property, owner occupied, they scheduled a showing. So I took time off of work, cleaned the whole house, made arrangements to be out of the home. Rockgate cancels less than an hour before the showing. They blame the buyers, but the agents have to push the clients to see houses, especially for owner occupied properties, they don't care about the effort those people have to go through to show their homes. AVOID this agency, I know I will NEVER recommend or do business with again."
