"Lived here alot maintenance is mediocre at best wifi providers won't let you get anything else other than some garbage from D-Link infinity and the tenants don't reprimand their kids and rent is to much for a hotel sized apartment"

"Moved in January of this year, was yelled at by property manager saying it was a mistake to let us move in because we didn't allow them to get away with not having the place ready when it was already supposed to be. Completely full of crime activity unsupervised children management does nothing wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially if you have children. If you do move in make sure you have security cameras. The place is always disgusting outside never kept up they don't fix things like they need to worst place to live at ever and very unsafe!!!!"

"One of the worst apartment places ever. My grandma lived there and i would come over a lot. Worst maintenance ever. They raise the rent 5% every year. everybody is so rude there. Blame you for things, talk behind your back, and you name it. Some of the people are nice to your face and mean behind your back and some are just mean in both ways. There are so many bad things about that place and literally no good ones. DO NOT MOVE THERE. If you are thinking about moving there, think twice. 10 out of 10 do not recommend."

"My mother lives there. The apartments are beautiful! It's the perfect answer for Seniors. There are many social events held in the Great Room. The maintenance team are promt to take care of problems."

"It’s been an okay apartment park to start off in. Of course, like most places out there, it also has its cons. One thing is how rent will go up at least 5% every year you live there. It is on the more expensive side as well - as most apartments, it’s a bit of a rip off. I mean you kind of have to expect to waste your money when renting. (That is if you are not in some sort of program for low income assistance). Another con is that there isn’t a whole lot of nature - you look out your door and there’s Walmart or the small mall area. Or you get to see more buildings and parking lot. But that’s just a personal opinion/bother. If you do what you agree on and continue to follow the lease/rules, you really won’t have a whole lot of problems. Management keeps to themselves and doesn’t constantly poke their noses in people’s business unless they absolutely must / are needed to. It’s an okay place from what I have personally experienced."
