"The security door at 290 hasn't worked for more than two years. Now, the intercom system doesn't work. If the door does happen to close securely, there is no way to contact the residents unless you have their phone number. They have a great security system, when it works"

"We loved living here while were building our house. The lay out is spacious and the environment is peaceful and laid back. Their service is amazing and their office manager is so nice to work with. Our office manager went above and beyond to help us when we needed her. The location and amenities were perfect for our families needs. This was my first experience living in an apartment and definitely recommend Marcell Ridge Apartments."

"I am on my third lease with Marcell Ridge. While my fiance and I are planning to build a home, we decided there was no better place to be but here. Great layout, full size washer and dryer, a single car garage with an opener and reasonable rent. The staff is wonderful and any issues that require repairs etc are taken care of quickly. The location is perfect with shopping and services nearby. Quiet and well kept."

"We lived here for a couple of years. The maintenance team is fantastic! They respond quickly, are very respectful, and always did a quality repair. The manager, Dawn, is wonderful, responds quickly, and is very sweet. It's also pretty rare to hear neighbors owhich was nice as I've heard that many of the new apartments have thin walls. The only reason I took off a star is because I wish they had an area for kids to play (playground, basketball court, sand box... Anything). We're a family who loves being outside and would have loved some sort of outdoor activity there. Marcell was a good place for us and we really appreciate the Marcell Team!"

"We have lived at Marcell Ridge for a number of years. There are so many wonderful things about this place! - Spacious apartments that are quiet - Friendly and respectable tenants - Beautiful views (if you get a woods facing apartment) - Huge 1 stall garages allow for a car and plenty of storage - Maintenance is SO FAST! They are very responsive to any issues we've had over the years. They've had to replace a number of our appliances and there was basically no wait between complaint, review, and new install. - Management is pretty respectful that these are our homes. They aren't popping in randomly or pestering us A few negatives - If you have a parking lot facing apartment, you pay less, but everyone can see in your home if your blinds are up... it's worth the money to have a woods facing apartment - there isn't enough green space for kids. I wish they had a little playground area because there are dogs here, I don't want my kid playing in dog grass."
