"Meadow Creek Flats is a wonderful, safe, and beautiful community to call home. It is extremely pet friendly and has great amenities: communal fire pit, pool, patio, and event space. The staff are welcoming, efficient, and professional. We highly recommend this community."

"After living here for over 2 years, we understand this place pretty well. This place looks polished and nice, but the construction and noise insulation is horrible. The bottom half apartments are borderline unlivable if you have upstairs neighbors that heel strike, have a dog or kids that like to run around. If a lack of privacy bothers you, I would avoid this place. It feels like you are living in a 1900s house with your neighbors living upstairs. Shortcuts were definitely taken to build this apartment complex, and half the population suffers for it. A lot of the noise pollution could be fixed with installation of soft-close hinges on all the cabinets. Also, the complex does not cover any utilities at all. As expensive as it is, you would think they could cover water or even trash removal. Update: Management has taken strides to have us transfer to a second floor unit."

"We had an unexpectedly short amount of time to find a new place and get moved in. Brittani in the leasing office was extremely helpful, timely, and was able to accommodate our preference of unit. Very nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything you could ask for."

"I have lived at Meadow Creek Flats for almost a year, and so far it's been such a great experience. I have never lived at a complex where you get to know your neighbors! I love that Brittani and Alicia are always hosting fun events for not only adults but for kids and pets too. I had to put in a service request to get my dryer fixed, and Jason showed up within the hour of me putting in the request! I could see myself living here for another two years if not more. Keep up the good work guys!"
