"I lived there for 6 months and had no issues with management or maintenance. Everytime I had an issue I called it in and it was fixed the next day. Management is extremely understanding with late payments as long as you communicate atleast a week in advance and don't do it often. If you follow the rules in your rental agreement you wont have any issues with management. The only issue I had was with the idiots that smoke inside the apartments. I'm a non-smoker and every now and then strong cigarrete smoke smells would come out of my bathroom ceiling fan(I was in a downstairs unit)"
