"I've lived here for going on 9 years. During that about 90% of the time there's no apartment manager or on site maintenance. I've had work orders that haven't been fixed yet since the day we moved in. There's mold that doesn't get treated with anything but bleach. My apartment is outdated while they upgrade rentals to prepare them for new tenants. It's obvious that Management Resources Development (MRD) cares more about money and filling vacants then they do their loyal long time tenants. If you ask ANYONE who lives here, they will tell you they hate it. I would move in a second if could!"
