"Everyone charges for tastings, so be prepared for that wherever you go. The prices are different typically based on what people tend to do more of - i.e. if the tastings are under $15, it's because the product is THAT GOOD and people tend to buy more than taste. If tastings are more than $15 it's more likely that's where they get their business from versus purchasing one or more bottles (for POS/KPI purposes, 2+ is key for sales). GTD makes some really good whiskey/bourbon. The staff members at this location seem knowledgeable, but I was a bit unsure with my last visit, because while I was just there to see their options for a wedding gift, I felt pressured to try/buy, so it just made me a little uneasy and I didn't want to 'no,' instead, I asked what time they were open until and said, 'thank you.' As someone who has a small glass of something, once, and only during special occasions, if that, the prices here are steep for me."

"Fun tasting with knowledgeable staff. Was a little bit slow to be waited on as the people in front of me bought several cases of liquor. They do charge for tastings but you get a decent serving all together. I didn't even up buying anything because the tastes I had were good but nothing I would pay that much for. I would come here again if in the area."
