"I called to apply for a until. The lady wanted to know details about my everyday life that has nothing to do with the application. She's stating because I work from home and have children that it would be to loud for other residents. This was very rude and has nothing to do with the application."
"As with all apartment complexes, there are rules and guidelines that must be followed. Rules and guidelines are in place and enforced so all tenants have a "quiet and peaceful" environment. I understand "you" were not a actual tenant and therefore did not know of Rules & Guidelines."
"I would not rent from this place if someone paid me to. The on site manager is crazy. They lost a good tenant who was quiet and paid on time because of Janet the on site manager. She is very unprofessional and thrives off drama."
