Meadowview Village

"The worst place I have ever lived in my life. I've always lived in apartments and never had problems until I moved to meadowview apartments. Moving here ruined mine and my family's lives. The management here let's drug heads, drunks, and psychos move in. Their kids are the devil's spawns. I've found needles, dirty underwear, even used condoms on the playground. The complex is covered with trash. The maintenance guy gets paid for fixing NOTHING in the apartments. We've had holes in our ceilings to the point I was afraid the ceiling would collapse, the outlets are a fire hazard, the carpets are covered in mold, and the apartments are bug infested. The management does nothing about complaints. Every neighbor we've had caused nothing but problems for us; they would threaten us, their kids would threaten our kids, they would climb in the trees at night and look through our windows, other neighbors sold drugs, people have climbed over the fence and broke into the cars and other apartments. One kid found a gun on the complex. The management just tells you to write your complaint on a piece of paper then they just throw it in a drawer and do nothing. There's so much more I could complain about but I really don't have the time. All I know is that it should not be considered a family complex because it is not safe and the apartments are worse than living in the most dumpy and dangerous places in Detroit. I just want to make sure no more families consider moving here because it is NOT safe especially for children. The apartments are run down and need to be closed permanently and the management people need to be fired and should NOT be allowed to work anywhere in family places. The police here don't do anything either they just treat you like a joke. There has to be a dead body for them to do their job at all."
