"This place is an absolute joke. I highly recommend that you pay the extra $20 to have your packages shipped with FedEx or UPS if you want it at a decent time. I've had multiple packages in the past 6 months just magically disappear after I got notice that it arrived at the post office. Ohh and the hours are garage. If you work any sort of normal hours you won't be able to get your packages because they close at 3."

"I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees here. In fact they are very understanding. My only complaint with this office would have to be with their headquarters in regards to the hours that are set for this location. Even one day a week, like a Wednesday or something that they are open from like 5:00 to 6:00 just so that normal, working people have a chance to pick up their packages, would go great to solving a lot of the negatives people have about this location."

"This is a great Post Office!!! Matt is a great worker and is very kind and knows his stuff. To all the haters the employees here do not set the hours. The hours for this office is set up by the higher ups in Washington. It can be worst because one day they will close this office and you will be driving to Gaylord. Unfortunately these employees have to deal with rude people like the ones that make bad comments. And considering they don’t do very much business. Why would they be open all day Saturday?"
