"RUDE! Tiny little PO in MI and they wouldn’t give my SIL a package because he didn’t tell them it was a “Hold for Pickup” He was told “they had no package” for them. When I called to follow up; She “had it in her hand” DID I MENTION SHE WAS RUDE!!"

"The staff up there are childish. The lady behind the counter has the nastiest attitude from the get go. They pick n choose 'policies' at their convenience. They were rude to a person who has been authorized to pick up for me for no reason. Then had the audacity to flat out lie about what was going on and when confronted about the lie, played the victim as though it was made up. They need to be let go just on their attitude alone. Anyone who treats people, and talks to their customers like that shouldn't be working with the general public. Period. Shame, the previous employees were respectful, had the courtesy to act like an adult. Shame on mancelona for letting these people keep working there and treating the townsfolk the way they do. Horrible. It's a shame I have to give one star just to post this."

"They have failed to deliver anyone's mail all week so far saying that our boxes are Unaccessible Unaccessible but yet when I took the pictures of the mailboxes in, to show that are completely accessible. They said we'll maybe you should just shovel out the area under the front of the boxes. Ummm... the snow doesn't go out past the longest box so unless she/he plans on parking under the boxes there is no need. I asked Them just to hold the package they failed to deliver yesterday and got told they couldn't hold mail due to the box not being accessible. Then Today I get a text saying they held my mail at post office and it was ready for pick-up but I go there and they can't find it and dont know nothing about it. This post office is a JOKE. Wish they let us post pictures"

"This post office is a joke. They do what ever they want and deliver when ever they feel like it with my packages. Half the time they give my mail to my neighbors. My mail box is easy for them to get to with big white address letters on the box. Trust me you cant miss it. The mail carrier even does a u-turn on my neighbors lawn. HER LAWN FOR GOODNESS SAKE. Like he owns it or something. Something needs to be done about them cause it is ridiculous."

"I sent an in town certified letter on Wednesday . It was sent to Traverse City on Thursday why who knows it was in TOWN delivery. I checked Friday and it is being sent back to Mancelona So an in town delivery will take 3 or more days to get delivered. I should have sent it from Gaylord they would've have gotten it by now. I have sent letter in town before and they got it the next day. town befo3and it was delivered the."
