Ottawa Creek Apartments

"Been here almost 7 years and it is a great place to reside! The apartments are spacious, clean, and very well designed. The location is near everything! Restaurants, parks, and other daily destinations. The complex is calm and quiet with no huge parties or rambunctious individuals. The maintenance man is extremely friendly and is always willing to help. The management team has always been communicative, professional, and very kind. I have recommended and have had many friends live in these apartments and they all thoroughly enjoyed their time being here! All in all a great place!"

"We’ve been here 4 years now. Great neighborhood, close to many restaurants and stores. Grounds are kept up very well. Quiet atmosphere, no problems with party’s, etc. Never had any issues with management, always a phone call away. Would recommend without reservation."

"If you’re looking for a peaceful easy place to live this isn’t it. They will look for things to come after you for and when you actually need something from them, you have to repeatedly ask them before they even think about doing it. Every time they “fixed” something it was just a bandage solution and never an actual fix. We were repeatedly harassed about our ESA dog and accused of not picking up his feces. When they couldn’t substantiate the claims, they sent us letters saying they would evict us. When that didn’t work they had people taking pictures of us taking the dog out. At one point the staff even followed my fiancé around in their vehicle to try and catch it. On top of this when I moved out they billed the security deposit for $50 dollars because of a “leaky Faucet”, which is a $5 part to fix. Regardless of the fact that it’s normal wear and tear. The point is, this place is cheap for a reason. The management does not care about its tenants and will try and fine you any attempt they get."

"Just to list a few things… -staff is rarely in office when they are supposed to be open and never answer phones -horrible conditions/maintenance (which were treated with band aid solutions if any at all) - Dishwasher broken - Broken window seals/caused mold - Barely any hot water (painfully cold water the last few days) - Door lock sticks locking us outside -overall horrible customer service -people leave garbage in hallway -landlords harassed me regarding my esa including asking questions about my mental health that were HIPAA violations (obviously they were not answered) -tried to charge us for damages we didn’t cause including normal wear and tear"

"Ottawa Creek is a great place to live! I stayed with them for the 2017-2018 school year and loved it. The management is extremely accommodating, flexible, and kind. The value for the price is unbeatable! The rooms and storage were spacious and bright, and maintenance was always prompt and informative. I appreciated how quiet and clean the complex was as a whole. I wish I could continue to live at Ottawa Creek, however, my previous roommate got married and the new one had her heart set on a different location. I would definitely recommend Ottawa Creek Apartments."
