The Lodge at Allendale is a luxurious student living facility located at 5068 West Campus Drive in Allendale Charter Township, Michigan. Our fully furnished two- and four-bedroom apartment units offer resort-style amenities and more. Each unit features private bedrooms and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, modern furniture, and full-size washer and dryer units.
Combining the best aspects of dorm life and off-campus apartments, The Lodge at Allendale provides a peer environment, convenient location, greater independence, and a wide range of amenities. Our off-campus housing near the university offers complete student living.
Visit us for a tour during our office hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 1pm to 5pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm. Residents love living at The Lodge, praising our friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and fun resident events. With spacious apartments, private bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a great pool, The Lodge at Allendale is the perfect place for GVSU students to call home.

"The Lodge at Allendale is overall a very good place to live. The staff and maintenance team are all wonderful, super helpful, and make you feel like you can easily talk to them about anything. It is nicely furnished, very modern, and provides everything you need. The only issues I've came across are the parking lot when it snows/bad weather and sometimes the printer does not work which can be inconvenient when you need it. Although I'd be mindful of the price of rent, I highly recommend living at the Lodge and have had an overall enjoyable experience as a resident."
