"Been trying for a week and a half to get an application to fill out. From both the onsite and off-site managers. Onsite one doesn't return my calls and takes all the applications the off-site manager drops off and hides them in her apartment. Off site manager says she's gonna mail me one, over a week later still nothing and now she ignores my emails. A guy I talked to that lives there told me good luck getting her to do anything."
