"I have lived here for 2 years, and I have absolutely loved it! Maintenance is super friendly and respectful, aside from being very quick and responsive. The staff in the leasing office is very welcoming, and there are always fun giveaways to participate in. The apartment is huge and I enjoy having my own bathroom as well as a common area bathroom. Sign here it’s so worth it it!!!!"

"I have lived her for 4 years now and I have not had a complaint to give. The maintenance team is very quick to complete work order and the office staff is polite. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for student living. The private bedspace and bathroom and a huge plus. There is also a huge kitchen and living room!"

"Honestly, this place is much better than the complex I used to live at. Sure, we’ve had some things come up, but Canvas is amazing as being flexible and understanding!! They’re easy to work with, and actually care about the residents. I also would like to mention the maintenance team (Jim, Chase, and Dakota) they go above and beyond to fix things! They always do an excellent job as well."

"I have lived here close to a year now and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is always super quick and gets things fixed well. The best part is by far the space available, in comparison to other apartments these ones are huge. The upgraded units are very nice too, although a bit more expensive. I would definitely recommend this to other students in the area, I have referenced many friends myself and they all enjoy it as well. I can’t really say I have any complaints about Canvas, I wish the gym was a bit bigger but every complex has their positives and negatives.Overall very positive experience with Canvas and plan to live here for a while longer!"

"I’ve lived here for less than a month and I can tell you that you are better off looking for other complexes. The office is super unorganized and careless and have made several mistakes just during the move in process. If you chose to live here TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING because they will make a mistake. Also the 5 star reviews are people getting free stuff so don’t believe everything you read. ME AGAIN After finally moving out and thinking it’s behind me canvas townhomes strikes again. I’m now being charged $600 for a carpet I did not damage. When I moved in the carpet was covered around all the edges in paint and or the material to patch holes in the wall. I am not sure. This was my first renting experience and so I wasn’t sure what I was getting into and I wasn’t aware I needed to document everything otherwise they will take advantage of you but wow. I am currently trying to dispute. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I promise the other complexes will be better. I included my move out pics for reference."
