"Since our mail carrier retired, it seems that the entire staff has completely changed. Before, we had excellent service. Our mail carrier was such a nice person and always was extremely helpful. Now, since he retired, it seems the clerks and the service has gone completely down hill. The staff is rude and they don’t seem to like helping customers. I had a package arrive today at the post office and so I figured I would go and pick it up. I asked if I could pick up my package when I arrived at the post office and they didn’t even bother looking for it. All they said was that it will be delivered to me tomorrow and that they hadn’t sorted the mail today. I left the post office utterly bewildered and upset. Not only that, they had lost a very expensive package that I mailed months ago and when I inquired about it they stated that it may have fallen out of the carriers car..as if that were acceptable! I have heard so many people in town complaining about the service at this post office. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with USPS on their website, I doubt it will help, but it’s worth a shot I suppose."

"Even with all the snow we've been having I've been trying to be patient and understanding knowing that they would have a hard time delivering mail however I have shoveled and shoveled I've even had my mailbox plowed out and yet I still haven't received any mail. And it's been a week. I know I'm supposed to be receiving mail because I've been waiting on a package that was supposed to arrive by USPS on Thursday February 14th 2019. I know mail has ran because I can have seen tracks to my neighbor's mailbox that's literally a foot away from my mailbox and have also watched them deliver others mail and I still have not received any mail. Call the Post Office no answer multiple days you go to the Post Office and they're closed. How in the world can you call yourself a post office if you can't even deliver mail?"
