"Been going to this store off and on for a few years and I will say, prices are solid on MTG Products. It's the best prices for packs in the area and they do have a good selection of singles in the display case. They also have a solid selection on card sleeves and deck boxes which is quite nice! However some of the staff I feel are just incredibly rude. Like me being there is a bother to them it feels like. Even the few interactions pre-covid it was the same. To me it seems like nothing has changed in regards to customer service. Don't get me wrong, there are a couple employees there that I feel do an awesome job. They say hello and ask if you need anything and overall give off the nice vibe. But the select few that I see often when I go in, I try to avoid or even leave if it's just them working. It's rough because I really like the store and want to support it more but it's so difficult to justify to do so. Unless something with customer service changes, I'll limit the amount of time and money I'll spend going in."
