"In the past I would rate this place with 4 stars at the least. Present day, the staff unnecessarily rude. Also whatever mail you bring, isn’t shipped out for days, sometimes longer than a week. Recently made a call, and they seemed careless. This happened to us not once, but three times. Me and my family will be bringing our business to Harris PO or Escanaba."

"Big ruts left in driveway. Very fast and professional response from management at the post office. Came out and looked at the ruts, apologized, etc. Mail man is usually great and very appreciated. They offered to fix the ruts. Unfortunate, but it was handled well."
