"An excellent option for living in South Haven. Convenient location with plenty of nature. The units are a bit dated, but aside from that, it is difficult to complain. Management and staff are very friendly to work with. The few problems I have encountered have been swiftly and painlessly resolved."

"The staff is very friendly and tries to get things fixed in a timely manner. If we have a problem with something it doesn't take very long for it to get fixed . And the nature is very Beautiful to watch, deer and turkeys love to visit."

"I have called to speak with the manager 3 times in the last week. I have left my info each time and still cannot get a call back. Then i decided to call the maintenance number and actually got to speak to someone. I let him know i had been trying to reach someone and he says the manager manages other properties and isnt always in. Guess what!!! so do I actually!! However, I check all the machines I work with and RETURN calls!!! its part of your job. I would be interested in knowing who the management company is and if they are aware of the lack of duties this manager is actually accomplishing!"

"I have lived here for over 12 years and I can tell you this place sucks! The apartments are run down and need to be seriously updated. The managers and maintenance suck. The lady in the office is horrible she is never ever in the office she is either at home or at Meijers shopping or working out at the wellness center. She makes your life a living hell especially if you have her man which is the maintenance man to fix anything god forbid he do his job. There is never any money in the budget to fix what needs to be fixed. I live beside the manager and she gets everything she needs replaced she has had her carpet replaced every other year but I haven’t had my carpet replaced in over 12 years the cupboards are falling apart the paint is chipping off the walls the closet doors never stay on the track they are always busting somethings always leaking, you ask her to replace anything no money in the budget but somehow there is for her and her maintenance boyfriend he’s got a new John deer tractor which they didn’t need and she is always in my backyard in the summertime at least 20 times or more turning the sprinkler off and on she doesn’t care about your privacy oh and someone from medallion comes once to twice a year snooping around in everyone’s apartment to be nosy they say it’s to make sure everything’s working it’s not they never fix anything. She had the parking lot done to benefit her,she had her and her mans parking spot made to be double the size of a normal parking spot, which means she made less parking spots for the rest of us who live upfront in a townhouse and then put a extra double space between there parking spaces with blue lines so that took up a space that didn’t need to be there plus her man has another huge private spot for himself down by the garage which he didn’t need! So she screwed everybody over. So long story short never ever move into this hell hole you will regret it! Believe I’m trying to get out ASAP!"
