"Nice place. We rented all three flats-each has kitchen, bathroom(s) and living area- for 11 people and roatated who cooked, using one of the lower two floor's kitchens. That worked nicely, and we ate outside in the paved/bricked sheltered picnic area. Fun to play bag toss there, a game provided. Bar area in common entry had lots more games. Location was great, short drive to grocery. 6 blocks to the beach; walk south 2 blocks to use the beach's back entrance. Close to several coffee shops and diners and not far from nice parts of the bike trails. The place itself was amply stocked with towels and kitchen amenities, enough for our 5 night stay. We never saw the owners but have no reason to think they wouldn't be responsive if needed. The place needed a little maintenance; for example a deck plank was loose and easy to trip on at the first floor entrance and the had towel rack in one bathroom was detached laying on the floor when we arrived. The hundreds of VCR tapes matched the sense of needing an update. Smelled of moth balls or something. Still, nice place booked last minute at high season at a reasonable price and our family had a great time, in large part because the house and location met our needs just fine. Excellent sound installation between floors and between bedrooms."

"Good place to stay if you're a traveler from out of town and don't want the usual hotel or motel fare and want to be within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Has three floors each which come with full living and kitchen areas or the entire building can be reserved as one unit. Expensive but worth it for those looking for a restful quiet area and a "get away from it all for a while" kind of place."

"great distribution in each history levels. You can reserve alone as individual apartments or all together like a super big house. each level have individual entrance, but you may connect them by interior doors. ground floor have laundry facilities however is in a basement that may be stay more clean. There are car space to park in property and a bbq area in exterior. Waking distance to some local store and ice cream place. walking little more, great spot of light house during summer while fresh temperature."
