"Two times in a row my package has not been delivered within the past week but I still got my mail. I had to go to the Post Office even though I paid for shipping to my door step and pick up a package. I even signed the pink slip that was left in my mailbox, and my mail not my package was set right on top of it and the slip was left in my mailbox. In the meantime I've had packages from both FedEx and UPS get delivered to my house no issues on time like I paid for them to be."
