"These apartments are for the disabled and elderly and I'd be curious what part of that requires the "disabled and elderly" to stand outside in a 20 degree blizzard, with 2 coats on, covered in plastic and blankets to try to smoke a cigarette? We were told 2 years ago that we would have a smoking shed. Not only did we not get the shed, we don't even have a bench to sit on. We understand Federal Laws no longer allow indoor smoking but no consideration went into the 20% of the residents that do smoke."

"I'm giving five stars because I don't live there, but someone that I love, does… Would you mind going into more detail about how they treat people with disabilities? Is it the manager? The people under him/her? Are they treated like they're not even being seen or heard? ( ignored, basically) Do they treat some people better than others? Is it clean? Are there enough activities planned as well as new activities? I was just wondering if you could help a little bit more ... Oh… How long have you lived there? I realize that I'm just asking "anybody" out there or possibly the few people that said something/rated . I really need to know the truth and what is going on there, because if it's going on and not getting any better, I just might do something about it. Thank you. God Bless."
