"Every order arrives broken. Not once in a while, EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE arrives damaged and the claims process is a disaster usually ending with no reimbursement. The post office and UPS (for heavy/extra large pkg) are the superior services in this area. After $2k in damages to items that cannot be easily replaced I'll never use FedEx or recommend them to anyone."
