Burger King

"only fast food place that serves an impossible burger or any meat alternative really, so that’s the only reason i come. but why did i order online at 11:45, show up at 12:13 and they still have not started making my food? what’s the point of ordering online? i’m on my lunch break, so i thought if i ordered ahead, i could just pick it up (an entire half hour later for one burger and a small fry). just so annoying, does not make me want to get food here."

"Went there around 3pm on a Wednesday when the drive-thru was empty but my wife and myself. Ordered 2 sandwiches but, wouldn't have ordered any if I would have known that a whopper and a chicken sandwich was an inconvenience to this fine 5 star establishment. Drive thru lady seemed pissed that she had to get off her phone to provide us with service via drive-thru. Didn't greet us, told us our total, took my card, and shut the window. Handed us our food and my card with no comments and just shut the window to dismiss us. Didn't ask us if we wanted any ketchup packets or anything etc. Didn't give me a receipt either. The staff here will kill this business before anything else."

"Pop was warm no ice from dispenser, staff whines and cries then manager complains to customer without even asking what happened. Good luck I think this ones days are numbered unless they grow up"

"Absolutely love this place the food is great. I personally lift a lot of weights so the $3 for 20 nuggets is just insane when I need to get some quick protein in me. The staff is pretty cool and it's a nice chill environment on par with any other fast food."

"I want to leave positive reviews, I really do. But when there's no line, and only a few customers in the store, I'd expect the standard of cleanliness to be higher. Plenty of crumbs on a few tables, and chairs largely not pushed in. Not to mention food buildup on a baby seat, around the trash can, under the soda dispenser, and a lot of debris outside the restaurant as well (the ash tray is basically full of cigarettes, and many litter the ground also. Plenty of dirt in the parking spaces, as if they haven't been swept in weeks/months. Etc). This is only topped by the fact that the 2 burgers I got were near room temperature after only a few minutes. I understand that things do cool off, and it may take a minute or two for it to make it to the tray and the tray to you, but this was absolutely unacceptable. Twice in a row I have come here to this exact scenario (minus the food. That one was new, and again there was no line at. all. when I had ordered/gotten my food, so there's no fair excuses here), so I know this isn't a fluke. This burger king needs to be flipped on its head if it's ever going to be worth anything. One of the few 1 star reviews I have ever had to leave. Most of the time when I have a negative experience I'll cough it up to chance and give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but here I have had repeated bad experiences and there is a clear trend of employees and a managerial style that does not care about the restaurant, nor the food, nor the customers."
