"Diane Pompei from Coldwell Banker acted as a buyer’s realtor for us. As experienced buyers, we didn’t realize how important a really excellent agent is until this purchase. In the course of an extremely messy sale, she discovered that the family’s representative for the sale had no legal authority, that the house had an easement (which was not disclosed), that deficits in the property were not on the disclosure. She handled work beyond the scope of a buyer’s agent in getting an easement survey and guiding the title company to register it, getting ‘condition’ information on the house so we could get insurance, communicating with the seller’s attorney to get the proper paperwork in place so that the property could be sold. She contacted neighbors tracking down the mysterious missing easement and asked title agents to research specific properties in this regard. Diane was relentless in getting every detail right, in correcting every error, in insuring we would not be handed a purchase riddled with errors or a purchase that was not legitimate. By closing date, the paperwork had been made perfect and we were grateful to have had someone so invested in getting things right. "Starting in June we started looking for homes using Sherri Sapp, She was beyond professional , helpful and knowledgeable. In October she showed us a house and we put in an offer. The seller accepted but unfortunately from June through October our credit changed because we disputed a late payment that was reported on our credit. The lender said that we can have them removed and when we did it drop our credit below what was needed. We reached out to the owner and let them know what happened. A few days later her Realtor contacted Sherri and said that she would like to rent the house out to us until the situation was resolved. She said she would rent the home to us for $900 a month, We moved in October 13th 2019 at which time she said that we had to pay for the propane left in the tank 25% we did. She also stated that all the appliance worked, November 13th I replaced the dishwasher, Garbage disposal and the washer and dryer because none of those appliance worked correctly. We did run into issue with the lender being a first time home buyer there was things we were unaware of. We had a third party appraisal come out and he appraised the house at 125,000 14,000 less then what the owner was asking for. She made the choice to accept our offer of 125,000 you can see her complaint on the appraiser website as well. Second week of December we asked for another extension through the first of the year. She had us pay January in advance. Then she was made the she may not make her cruise and went to my wife's place of work and harassed her in front of her employee's. So again we looked out house in October Closed in December dealt with harassment, anger and negativity the entire time. We wanted to walk away multiple times but Sherri was there giving us encouragement. So i would recommend Sherri to anybody!! SHE IS AMAZING and there is 3 sides to all stories"
