"Had to ship my personal vehicle across country recently. After thorough research, I decided to give Carvago a try. For those who don't know, Carvago is a newly launched platform, backed by industry leading company, RPM Inc. Initial booking was simple and its website was super easy to use. I could view my pricing options based on the date ranges, very flexible and similar to hotel or airline bookings. The initial quote was also locked in for a few days in case of cross-shopping. Carvago customer rep reached out after my booking was finalized, reviewing my booking details and answering my concerns. I was lucky to work with Kelley, whom thoroughly went through everything with me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The pickup and delivery were also smooth and transparent. I was able to view the live location of my vehicle, and carrier dispatch was also very responsive. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with Carvago and highly recommend them. Would definitely do business again in the future!"

"There were some inconsistencies when talking to customer service reps, but everyone was pretty helpful. The main negative was the lack of clarity on a pickup time. But we got it resolved. The main positive was Jeremiah, my hauler, was great. Kept me updated on where he was and brought my vehicle on time with no issues. Very good guy to work with."

"Zero stars would be more appropriate since they did not do the ONE thing they are paid to do—pick up my car. I set up the pickup a few months ago, got a quote, the employee from Carvaygo called me Tuesday to confirm the pickup for Friday (today)—she was lovely. She did tell me that not all drivers will call a day ahead, but that should not be a problem. So here I am at 9:00 pm on Friday (the “pickup” day), the day that my car should have been picked up—no calls from the driver and no car pickup. (I spent the entire day at home to be sure I would be here “when my car got picked up”—NOT). I would never use this company again and would advise against others using this company. I even got an email a couple of days ago saying that they would charge my credit card (just over) $1,100, for the pickup. Doesn’t look like my car will be picked up today."
