"If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This is the worst transportation company I have ever used. The driver I had displayed poor driving skills, he did not use Gps, he had no sense of direction, he made sharp turns with out braking causing my wheelchair to spin, revealing that I was not properly secured in the vehicle and during that incident the “seatbelt” was around my neck at the end of one of those sharp turns. Thankfully my 10-year-old was with me to get the drivers attention because my chair had spun and the seatbelt was on my neck otherwise he would have kept driving. The driver got out to fix my chair removing the seatbelt which still left me unsecured in the vehicle. I let him know that I was not secure and that the seatbelt was not on. He proceeded to get in the car and continue driving. It took my 10 year old son to plead with him to put another seatbelt on me in which he turned around and asked my son who he was talking to. He then got out of the car and put the seatbelt on my knees which still did not secure me. I asked the driver to take me home and not to use the highway due to his erratic driving. He had no care regarding the safety of me or my child. I have tried to contact ready ride transportation since the incident and no one has reached out to me regarding this incident. I strongly urge that you do not use this company if you value your life."

"Our patient was left at our medical office until 6:45pm after a 3:15 pm appointment, no emergency number for this company in case you need to get a hold of someone after 5pm. Employees of these medical offices are having to stay after work to wait for patient's that are waiting for drivers that are now 50 minutes away from their location. Not fair to employee's or patients. Next morning called reddi-ride and all they offered was a "sorry". Sorry not good enough. They should be paying employee's wages, not the employer. I will be reporting this to the BBB"

"Never showed up, no phone call, NOTHING!! Dad had surgery for today...noone ever showed!!!! They confirmed day prior, they were told several times the correct time. Called "emergency dispatcher", had to leave message?!! LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, NOT ONE CALL BACK!! HOURS LATER...they opened, talked to a person, gave a poor excuse to why, "we have him down for pm"... HOURS LATER... asked if we wanted someone out??!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!"

"If I could give you guys no stars I would! Last night they took my mom to a sleep doctor appointment and then when noticed she was at the wrong building they still left her there saying they can’t transport her anywhere else until authorized by the company! So my moms at this place waiting the people called said it was gonna be 1 hour waited these called again and said 3 hours mind you she’s disabled and it’s freezing outside! The place she was dropped off kicks her out so she had to call the cops to be taken to the hospital which they took her further then the one near home! This is horrible! We’ve had a few other problems here and there with this company but none as bad as this! We will be calling the company as well! They never went and got her she was at the hospital till almost 4am and the med can dropped her off at the place at 7:45 last night! Her friend found a ride for her to be taken home!"
