"Feedback, I traveled from Kansas City to Detroit last weekend Sept. 10th and 11th. I reserved a cab round trip from DTW to the Hampton Inn in Shelby Township using your service at a cost of $250. Confirmation # R1359P The following shortcomings were unacceptable: 1. The cab vehicle was old and barely roadworthy in my view. "Check engine" Check brakes" illuminated on the instrument panel. Let's talk SAFETY! 2. I was on a tight schedule Saturday. The driver was punctual, but the trip to the Hampton Inn, which should taken about an hour, took nearly an hour and 25 minutes. Why? the driver was lost, typed in the wrong address, inept. I missed the larger part of a wedding ceremony! 3. Upon departure, from the Hampton Inn on Sunday the driver (same individual) was 20 minutes late! Using your cab service, my expectation/presumption was a professional/on time transportation experience for my Detroit trip. Obviously I'm very disappointed. I called your "business" and was referred to speak with Sarah (sp) to discuss my issues. Attempted a couple of times but was informed this person was unavailable and had no voicemail capability. Huh? In summary, this cab "service" company is totally inferior. Not recommended. "BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! ...never again i am getting that joke of a taxi services again.... driver cant find location at intesection when given intersection street names .... not very brite.... no taxi sign on the van.... no ID card and company name inside the cab ( sorry that was his own minivan i guess).... no charge machine .... nothing .... driver gives me a fixed price to the location on the phone then asks for double the price ....absolutely illigal service.... i will never use this clowns again.... Dont waist your time with this company"
