"Absolutely horrible service. Agreed to a price, signed a contract then they decided to raise the price $800 the DAY of pickup. Told them there was no way I could afford that and decided to get a U-Haul and take my car on my own. Then they even tried to charge me a cancellation fee of $200, when they are the ones that breached the contract. The contract specifically says that the price cannot change, so don’t trust it. I would not recommend this company to anyone, absolutely horrible service and they barely understand English."

"Recently I did sedan car shipping with Profexo car shipping and the entire shipping was smooth but Initially we agreed for 600 but the last minute due to the driver shortage they increased the price but they did the service very well. I really want to say thanks to “Nancy Wheeler” she did the service very well and she helped me to get it done in smooth way. I want to say thanks once again to Nancy and other customer service team since they are always reachable during the entire shipment and I booked the service on July 1st and the car delivered on July 4th around 9:30 PM without any damages. Thanks for the service and support. Pros : 1. Service and time line are good 2. Accepted to have around 200lbs of personal belongings 3. Delivered with in 3 days 4. Customer support Cons : 1. Price due to the last minute change. 2. Sometime they are not updating the current status of pickup. In my case due to the price change we had some conversations so this needs to rectified from their end."
