"This towing company Showed up to my home in Detroit for roadside as sent over by Esurance. I have already paid my insurance company for tows.the supervisor told the driver to charge us $100 dollars cash or leave. They are not suppose to do that. Esurance has still already paid them for the tow. But my car is still home. I’m late for work and I’m stuck on the phone trying to dispute the tow with esurance. Once the tow company arrives to home they are immediately paid by esurance. So the tow has been resolved without my car being towed. Magic towing DBA Gemini towing. They told us pay $100.00 dollars or we leave. They then got paid for a tow that they did not provide. This is giving fraudulent behavior in my opinion."
