"Hired me on the spot"
"I love working here... 10+ years! Thanks to the JAMES FAMILY for my job!!!"
"E. C. Ferguson is a poor representation of upper management. He will embarrass and talk to drivers as if they are kids. Should you do something to upset him count on the lost of a job."
"DONT PAY THEIR BILLS. WONT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE."
"Customer service is very friendly. The day can drivers are exact opposite. Will bully you from your spot or make backing up into your spot very messy. Awful experience with it. Dock was already tight as could be due to parked trailers. Then you add drivers who want to park their trucks in front of where you need to be. Security won't move them. Drivers just act high and mighty about you asking them to move. Looking at me struggle to get around them and STILL refusing to move. You got all this space to park anywhere and doesn't take you 30 secs to move your truck. And you'd rather try to fight me about it? Nah. Won't be back due to the mess."
