"I had all of my ductwork (including the dryer vent) cleaned today by Modernistic services. Both Modernistic Technicians, Landon and Jacob did an excellent job cleaning all of my supply and return ducts. They even took before and after pictures on most of the ducts. I was impressed by their quality of work, professionalism and also cleaning up after they were done. I definitely recommend Modernistic for duct cleaning and I would certainly ask for Landon and Jacob to do the work."

"Will NOT be using Modernistic services again... aside from their punctuality and quickness... their actual service lacks satisfaction. Owner of 1 dog, hair around baseboards, hair around the base of the bed, and used a spot scrubber on the carpet only to pull more hair from the carpets?! Watched the security cameras and noticed they did NOT scrub // only used water and soap from a wand??? Perhaps Gavin and his helper should consider that I paid alot of money (almost 300) and expected better, especially from a reputable company specializing in carpet cleaning???!!! "Extremely disappointed with the service we got. We just moved into our new home, wanted to have the air duct vents cleaned because I have several lung diseases. The gentle man that did the work seemed to do a good job, but the helper was another story! He kept commenting on the cookies I had in the kitchen, what was he doing checking out my kitchen and commenting on how good they looked several times. Put his dirty tools on my bed and and an expensive antique in dining room. He couldn’t even put the return air vents back on properly, he bent two of them and two of them were never put back on, and two others were put on very uneven. Then the night mare started. I just spent a day cleaning the basement area, walls, shelves, floors because I was getting new washing machine and dryer. I couldn’t believe the mess all over!!!! Tons of dust and dust balls. My new appliances were a mess, covered in dirt and dust. Why did I pay $500 to have this to clean up???? I’m calling my bank to see if they can reverse the charge, absolutely ridiculous!!"
