"I feel this dealerships goal is to offer the least amount of assistance as possible. I tried to buy a truck here about a year ago and my experience was awful. Sales person was ok but when it came down to negotiating a deal the finance manage came over and had a horrible attitude. After dealing with his condescending tone for 20 minute I walked out. Truck had a warranty issue and I figured I'd try out the service department. Horrible experience, offered no solutions, I felt that his goal was to get me to leave. I will never step foot in this dealership again and I encourage anyone else to look elsewhere."

"Do not buy ANY vehicle from this dealership. They will refuse to work on anything under warranty because they “make less money doing it.” Any reputable dealership that actually makes sales would happily take any customer in, especially when another chrysler dealership already acknowledged the issue. I have a strong feeling that this dealer has trouble making sales because of their poor attitude and shady business choices. Apparently the only reputable Chrysler dealer exists in Brighton. Save yourself the time, find somewhere else to have any work done, save yourself money and get a vehicle from a dealership that isn’t banking on you being an idiot."
