"Unfortunately the owner seems super sketchy. We were promised a spot, but later they gave that spot away. I totally get things happen, but we got no communication on this. Which obviously left us dead in the water since everywhere had long waiting lists (and our baby had just been born). So I have a sneaky suspicion it was a money move. Once the owner stops being weird, or there's a new owner, I'll come back. Anyways, the staff seemed super nice, but word on the street is that the owner tries to finesse the staff. Suck on deez @stephanie"
"It is so unfortunate when a childcare center is owned by a greedy individual. For my friends with kiddos I would never recommend sending them to Kidfit! The owner is a very evil and a miserable person. Since day one she has not had the best intentions for her employees or families that attended. She decided it was in the best interest of the families to pack their own lunches instead of providing lunch to cut down costs. She promised families that the money saved from this would be put towards the employees pay, who by the way are very loyal to the children and families and are tired of fighting with the owners. Shocker, when none of the employees saw a penny of it. Instead she decided to repay her staff by messing with their pay if their hours didn’t hit the mark she wanted them to. She began changing employees who made salary to hourly for the same exact reason. I worked for her for a short amount of time. Myself and a handful of other employees moved over to Kidfit after leaving Adventures Learning Center (which is another center I would NEVER recommend either). A coworker was suddenly taken from us in a car accident. We kept her picture up in the hallway as a remembrance of her. The owner decided it was time for us to stop grieving and removed it from the wall stating “she no longer works here.”. Considering she lost her daughter years ago, at what point do you tell someone they can no longer grieve someone’s passing? Should we take away your benches that you have plastered all over your soccer fields in remembrance of your daughter? If you are that cruel, at what point is it okay for you to run two establishments that revolve around children? I will never recommend a center where the owner(s) are in it for the money and not the children, families or employees."
"We absolutely loved it here. Our daughter went here for over a year. She learned so much. It was very clean. Just shy of our first year they increased prices. When we could no longer afford $300 a week and we opted for part time care. It allowed her to still see her friends but also get a break from being home with me while I worked. Just after a month of us doing part time they informed us that the owner wanted to do away with part time care for toddlers. In less than a weeks time they would be charging us the full $300 even if she was only going part time. It really felt like they were just trying to push us out to open her spot. Two stars because we loved our teachers and we miss them. Zero stars for the greedy owner."
"KidFit Daycare has been an incredible place for my three kiddos to grow, develop and learn! The teachers are top-notch and the ownership, management/directors are amazing people who support us so well. The culture is like family and is very inviting. Not too big, not too small. I can't recommend KidFit enough!"
"The facility is nice and new but overall very small. If outdoor space is important to you it's been a year and it is still very lacking. There are no shade canopies and even the sand box is empty. Teachers really didn't engage with my husband & I and honestly I don't think my daughter learned anything. More often than not she would beg to not go there and cry about missing her previous place. Ultimately none of us really felt a connection. When we left it was because our loved center opened back up."
