"It was like the best place to get away from everything and enjoy the little things. The torch lake was absolutely beautiful ,but I must admit the giant woodpeckers were amazing and so was the resident chipmunk that enjoyed my cookie I left from grilling and smores. The last day we had coffee outside and he popped up and sat down and let us say goodbye. I want to go back next year! ☺"

"I stayed here in 2015 when I graduated from college with my now Fiance... I had the most amazing time here. The cabin was lovely and cozy, and the owner was very attentive and helpful with information and helped us setup the grill also! The sky was also very very dark here, so if you're interested in stargazing, this is a great place if you get close to the lake and out from under the gorgeous trees. It was quiet and peaceful, unlike anything I've ever experienced, and I hope to go back for a honeymoon."
"Right from the get go Barbara was so nice and accommodating! Her knowledge of torch lake and surrounding areas was amazing I barley even bugged her because she explained every detail of what I wanted to do on day one!!! The cabin is so tastefully done with all the cute trinkets and wooden signs really made me feel like I was home. There was even a book that past travelers wrote in and shared their experiences of where they went and ate! Bravo Barbara you really made my stay comfortable and memorable!!!"
