"Store owner was SUPER helpful and the pedego Element is an absolute BLAST!!!.. bike is great quality and really like the idea of having a dealer that can service the bike if needed... did some testing (~20 miles so far) on some gnarly two tracks and super sandy hills and the element is super stable (seems more stable than my fat tire bike) with its low center of gravity... probably not the "baddest and most powerful" one out there but the 5 year warranty, bike quality and dealer are top notch!"
