"The worst service!! They charge you to pick-up their home trashcan when cancel, then keep sending you bills after you pay the bill. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for their services. Grainger is 1/2 the cost . Don't use them!!"

"There's a reason they are rated 1.8 on the old star system. I pay yearly for my trash services and pay in full each year and the price was pretty reasonable. After roughly a year of service and no complaints the trash cans in my area started changing from the Brown body with black lids to to the Blue cans. Didn't think much of it until my Brown can with black lid went missing. I called Republic and confirmed my account was in good standing and had to file a police report over a "stolen" trash can. The odd part is I don't know anyone who steals a trash can that weighs 80 pounds and is half full of dirty baby diapers for fun. I called Republic, had them dispatch a new can (the Blue style) for the low, low cost of only $75 despite providing them a police report and confirming Republic didn't scoop the Brown can up and forgot to replace it. After the new can was delivered I called Republic again to ask if they would wave the $75 fee since the can was "stolen" and they indicated that they had the police report and the fee would be dropped. 2 weeks after the can was delivered I saw a large municipal truck loaded with the blue cans and the operator was picking up the Brown cans (that were full of trash) and replacing them with Blue cans! So apparently Republic isn't being honest with their customers. My account was eventually suspended with literally zero contact from Republic, no email, no snail mail, no text, nothing. I called to ask why the account was suspended and they indicated that the new can was not paid for and it would be another $35 for a service interruption fee to restart service as well as the $75. I told them to cancel my service and take their trash can back. Take my advice and don''t waste a penny on this trash service! Update! Was sent a bill for $0.87 and have not had my account closed since closing the account a year ago. Too bad you can't haul these Trasholes before a judge and shut them down, and let the "free market" find literally any other company to do the job. Hell, even a pack of goats could do a better job than these idiots."

"So a few times the driver would place our trash can to close the road after pick up and it would be hit by cars. I called to have a replacement because of it and they wanted $75 for a new can. We had a late fee because our card changed so we paid it in full but they kept the charge on the rest of our bills. After almost a year they gave us some back but the rest they wouldn't because of rate changes. Which I didn't want, I wanted my money and I can handle the bill. Then many times our can would have trash and who knows what on it so I had to wash it multiple times a month even in the winter. I couldn't even walk to my front door because the flies were so bad from the can. Then after giving a cancellation notice I paid them for everything they needed then after a month they sent me another bill for removing the can which was never informed to us."
