As health food stores can sometimes be overwhelming, it was an extreme pleasure to meet and be assisted by the incredibly kind and immensely helpful owner. I asked if they carried a specific item and gave a brief explanation of what I use it for and not only did he walk me over to it in the store, but he offered another option that might be even more beneficial! Their selection, quality and prices are absolutely outstanding. One of the best things for me, was their gluten-free food options. Most health food stores have a handful of items which I would describe as more health than food, but here the selection is amazing! Breads, pastas, baking mixes, things you actually want to eat!!
