"Came up from Northern Ohio to see the Wings play the Jets on the 10th of January. I had purchased a hoodie for over 150.00 USD. The hanger said it was an extra large, however when I got home the tag said it was a medium. Obviously it was a simple mistake and under normal circumstances it would be easily exchangeable if this were your local clothing store. Tried to contact the store a few days later and they did not answer so I left a message. In another review someone said you could only get in by ticket. Watched the prices on tickets to a Piston’s game and when they were at their lowest price for some seats up in the nosebleeds, purchased the tickets and headed back up to Detroit on January 14th. Arrived at Little Caesars arena with 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter of the pistons game. Rushed over to the store in fear that they might close earlier than anticipated due to another persons review. The store had Pistons merchandise up as expected for a Pistons game but I needed to exchange a Red Wings hoodie. Asked the employees at the register what I could do and I was directed to a fantastic employee who went in back found the right size and exchanged it for me. I proceeded to ask, just for future reference, if there was any other way into the store outside of by ticket admissions only. She did state that unfortunately that is the only way in. The next morning the 15th of January I received a phone call from the team store while I had already dealt with the exchange, they were still understanding and respectful and they called back. Some reviews are saying they don’t call back, and perhaps not immediately but, give them a chance. Overall, the customer service and experience was excellent. They get five stars especially because it was my mistake and they did everything they could to make it possible to correct it. My only complaint is that there’s no exterior entrance to the store for non ticket holders. Thank for the experience and making it possible Little Caesars Arena. Go Red Wings! Go Detroit!"

"At the last game, I was worried about buying Zadina's skates or didn't buy them. However, I would like to see it now, but can I buy it without a ticket? Or is it possible to call and pick up in advance? Please tell me."

"Went to a Pistons V Hawks game few weeks back at LCA, I had full intentions of buying a jersey, when I got to the arena for the game (arrived around 630 game starts at 710) I was surprised to see the team store closed. Checking the hours I see the store closes at six but still during the game I thought there'd be one concession that I could get a jersey from, I was wrong, not one open vendor selling jersey in the entire arena, when I asked a worker about this they told me to just order one off the site which sucks because now ill have to pay shipping for it if I even choose to get it now something I thought I could of just gotten it while I was there and saved the hassle of shipping fees and walk out wearing my jersey... Extend the hours into game time on game days."

"A brother of mine in New Mexico is a Huge Red Wings fan, so I came to the team store to purchase some stuff to send him, since they dont have much of a selection back there. We found some stuff but there wasnt much. More Piston stuff than anything. Went to checkout and come to find out, they put Hockey stuff up when theres Basketball games to accommodate the Piston Fans. The associate said they had way more Red Wings stuff but it was in back. I told her it wasnt for me and we made the trip from outta town to buy hockey stuff...so she offered to pull.a few things in the size we needed. She went in back and found the CLEARANCE rack, brought us some items in the size we asked for.....SCORE!! Thank you SOOOO much Ms Wilma, I believe that was her name! Talk about beyond the call of duty! A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE, that one! Keep up the FANtastic Job!!"
