"Look I don't know why y'all people complaining this is like one of the best Foot Lockers I ever been to I got a pair of Adidas out there even though I wanted some Nikes I just went with the Adidas cuz I haven't worn them in a while and plus they had them in my size and I always appreciate this store they always have a size 13 for a brother"

"The customer service was wonderful. The salesperson came to me & ask if I needed assistance & I told her I was looking for some Nike socks for a 14 year old girl & she told me about the sales on the socks. She was very helpful & professional. Even the security guard was nice & pleasant!"

"Today I went into this Foot Locker and as soon as I walked in I felt some type of negative vibe with the employees I went in looking for a cross training shoe neither of the employees in there didn’t know what a cross trainer shoe was I mean come on your in the shoe business for god sake trying to make me the customer look like I’m speaking and different language or something. Long story short I will never shop here again and if this review is helpful to someone save your self the time and aggravation and shop at another location that’s not in the Detroit area ."

"One of the female employees here was extremely nice and very helpful, though she didn't appear to be very knowledgeable about the product. The other who I assume was the manager was very helpful to another woman shopping in the store with her kids but she practically ignored me and was dismissive. I had to grab her attention in order to be running up after I was left on the selling floor by myself, well practically by myself. The security guard posted at the door at all times was still out there with me."
