"Ordered something and never received it in my mailbox. I see other buyers had experienced the same issue, which is very odd. Spoke to customer service and they were very unprofessional and disrespectful. It is their duty to help the situation. Not make you feel like they got your money and they’re going to run with it. I directed for a manager and they said there isn’t one. I told them that’s suspicious and the lady said that there’s 3 of them and they can handle themselves fine lol Who speaks this way? A business always has to have a manager no matter what. I told them I will file a claim and the customer service woman said they will dispute it. "

"Ordered special edition shoes, they didn't not ship in a box, whoever packed my order shoved a tool into the box and tore it. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting a manager because I didn't buy 20th anniversary of yeah right shoes to have a torn up box. And yes the box is special, it's supposed to simulate, yeah right in a vhs case. I couldn't even open the shoe box, I had to get a pry bar in the shoe box to get the tool out. Customer service is a joke."

"Complete garbage. Two of 3 decks have delaminated like this. The third wont ever see the road because of the defect dangers. Do NOT buy moose decks if you value your health and safety. They refunded one of three because i didnt finish all three boards within 30 days. Definitely won’t be buying anything from tgm"
