"Mt. Clemens ice arena location. Really disappointed. Asked to have my son's skates sharpened with a 5/8". Staff member put his skates into the machine and it didn't "seem right" to me so upon me asking more questions, I found out the machine only does a 1/2". Why agree to a 5/8" when you can't do it?! Poor training? Not knowing anything different? There is a difference. Had to complete the (garbage) 1/2" sharpening and now I have to take them someplace else to have them completely re-done. Screwing up the fall travel hockey tryouts with a hated grind. Now I have to take time off of work to fix this garbage. Won't be back. Ever."
