"They have a website that allows you to log on, and place orders, then it cancels the order. I figured they would call or email me with the prices for the items I wanted. After I saw "cancelled" on the order status, I called the number listed. The person told me they are wholesale only. They only sell to select retailers who have a tax ID. They could give me no way to purchase their products. They have some hard to find product that I wanted to purchase. Their address is the same as TGM Skateboards in Michigan. I called TGM, and they said Keystone is a separate business at the same address, but they cannot sell Keystone's products. If you don't sell to the public, then why do you have a publicly available online store? Why do you let someone create an account and shop, wasting their time? It's confusing. Please put WHOLESALE ONLY, NO SALES TO INDIVIDUALS on your online storefront."
